The Japan-based brand and the Italian fashion house unveil their new collaborative capsule, which was first presented during their SS24 runway show in July.
Fusing PORTER’s minimalist and functional aesthetic with Valentino’s elegance, the “PORTER STYLE” bags feature the Italian house’s toile in four variations, including briefcases and tote bags, with prices ranging from 172,700 to 315,700 yen (approximately $1,071 to $1,958). On the other hand, the “LOCÒ BAG” features a distinctive silver Valentino monogram, using PORTER’s signature nylon, available in small and medium sizes, with prices ranging from ¥299,200 to ¥334,400 (about €1,856 to €2,075).
All bags in the collection feature a red satin lining reminiscent of Valentino, and carry a special collaboration label. The capsule will go on sale on December 6 at PORTER’s Omotesando pop-up store in Shibuya, Tokyo, and online sales will begin on December 15 via the Valentino and Yoshida Bag websites.
And, on the other hand, this is what Louis Vuitton’s new optical illusion boots look like.
