Virgil Abloh’s Legacy Lives On Through the New PSG x Virgil Abloh Collaboration

The Virgil Abloh Archive and Paris Saint-Germain unveil a limited-edition T-shirt celebrating the designer’s enduring legacy.

The Virgil Abloh Archive and Paris Saint-Germain have joined forces to pay tribute to the designer through a project that goes beyond fashion. The result is a limited-edition T-shirt that fuses Abloh’s visual universe with the Parisian club’s DNA while supporting young creative talent.

Inspired by PSG’s 2024–26 away kit, the garment translates Abloh’s aesthetic into a sporting and symbolic key. The lynx, the club’s official mascot, appears as a classic emblem of American sports. The phrase “Away From Home” printed on the shirt pays tribute to Virgil’s connection with Paris — a city that played a vital role in his creative journey.

The launch is not just a style statement but also a meaningful initiative. Proceeds from sales will go to the PSG Endowment Fund and the Virgil Abloh Foundation to support the École Rouge & Bleu programme, which encourages creativity among young people and strengthens access to artistic education.

The collaboration originated from workshops with students aged 11 to 15 involved in the club’s educational projects. During the exhibition “Virgil Abloh: The Codes”, the students customised shirts and footballs inspired by the designer’s vision.

The T-shirt is already available on PSG’s official online store. From Monday, it will also be available in the club’s boutiques and at the Colette pop-up at the Grand Palais, coinciding with the closing of the “Virgil Abloh: The Codes” exhibition.
