Wales Bonner covers the adidas Samba and Superstar in crocodile

Here’s a new sneaker release from one of the most revered creative duos of recent years.

Wales Bonner and adidas Originals continue to design objects of desire and strengthen their close relationship that has no plans to break in the short term – and hopefully not in the long term either. And, to expand their offer, they have decided to reinterpret two of the three stripes’ most iconic silhouettes, the Samba and the Superstar, through a very special treatment: exotic leather patterns in crocodile skin print.

This gives rise to three attractive variants of the Samba, designed for everyone. For the more daring, the metallic option is ideal; for the more timeless, the classic version; and for those who fall somewhere in between, the suede-covered alternative. The Superstars, however, retain their classic black and white colours.
