The man who redefines contemporary elegance, David Beckham, stars in the new BOSS underwear campaign, taking his collaboration with the brand to a new level. This time, BOSS ONE Bodywear arrives with a fresh and sophisticated feel, under the artistic gaze of visionary photographers Mert & Marcus, whose cinematic and surreal style perfectly intertwines with the essence of the collection. With this new release, Beckham not only marks his return to the fashion world, but becomes the face of a campaign that promises to transcend the boundaries of luxury and everyday elegance.
With an exquisite selection of boxers, briefs and T-shirts, the proposal goes beyond function, fusing minimalist aesthetics with the highest quality materials. Black and white, two colours that represent purity and mystery, are the pillars of a range created to redefine masculine sensuality in its purest form. Cotton and elastane, the fundamental ingredients of this garment, guarantee a perfect fit, absolute flexibility and unrivalled comfort. This is not just a basic: it is a sensory journey, designed for a man who values excellence and confidence, both visible and intimate.
The star of the show is David Beckham, whose presence in the campaign is a departure from the conventional underwear model. Instead of the typical image of raw sensuality, Beckham conveys elegance, control and sophistication. Beckham appears to emerge from a luxury sports car into an industrial flat in New York, while the notes of Phil Collins’ legendary “In the Air Tonight” resonate as the soundtrack to his own universe. Mert & Marcus invite us to share David’s rhythm of life, the calm after the hustle and bustle, where the BOSS ONE garment becomes a symbol of confidence and comfort.
In a conversation with HIGHXTAR, Beckham shares his excitement about returning to this type of campaign: ‘I said some time ago that my career as an underwear model had come to an end, but when BOSS presented me with this unique vision, and offered me the chance to work with my friends Mert & Marcus, I couldn’t resist. The BOSS ONE collection is made with a level of detail and quality that reflects the best of what the brand stands for. This collaboration has definitely been one of the most exciting in my career’.
We travel to London with BOSS and David Beckham
Yesterday, London was the epicentre of an event that rewrote the rules of contemporary luxury, courtesy of BOSS. The brand that since its inception has embraced perfection with an almost intangible elegance invited us, exclusively, to get a first-hand look at its latest launch. The appointment: the Lightroom at King’s Cross, to present BOSS ONE Bodywear, the underwear collection that marks the culmination of the collaboration between David Beckham and the German brand.
This iconic space became the perfect backdrop for a multi-dimensional staging. From the moment we entered, we were immersed in an immersive atmosphere, where 360-degree projections transformed the walls into living canvases of light and shadow. Beckham’s outlines cut through the air, almost like a natural extension of the space itself. The BOSS ONE campaign is a manifesto for the fusion of classic style and future technology.
The anticipation grew as the guests, carefully selected from London’s most exclusive circle of fashion and high society, began to fill Lightroom. Amidst whispers and knowing glances, the event promised more than a simple presentation. We were in for something monumental. The perfect blend of the present and the future of luxury was in the air, almost palpable. In every corner, luxury was present not only in the visible, but in the atmosphere itself.
Amidst talk of trends and whispers of what Beckham had prepared for the moment, Golden Martinis, created with Seventy One premium gin, were the perfect accompaniment to the evening. In charge of the music were Mark Ronson and Honey Dijon, two giants of the electronic scene, who elevated the night with their prowess. Ronson, with his masterful mastery of funk and vintage touches, and Honey Dijon, with her unmistakable energy, took the evening to another level.
But what really made the difference was the appearance of David Beckham and his family. When the BOSS global ambassador entered, he proved once again why he remains a style icon. With his serene and elegant presence, Beckham dazzled not only with his undeniable magnetism, but with the way he embodies what this collaboration represents: accessible, yet unattainable luxury. It is clear that this collaboration is destined to be one of the biggest of the year.
BOSS ONE Bodywear will be available from 1 February at boss.com, BOSS Stores and exclusive retail outlets around the world.
