The streetwear world is in luck: Palace and Carhartt WIP are joining forces once again in a collaboration that promises to close the year with sold out sales. More than a year has passed since their first meeting.
With a focus on rugged materials such as Cordura® fabric, the 13-piece collection encapsulates the utilitarian and creative essence of both brands. Each garment carries the co-branded logo that we already knew from the previous collaboration, which reinforces the union of both brands in the creation of these capsules.
To bring this collaboration to life, Palace and Carhartt WIP have relied on the eye of iconic director Michael J. Fox. The campaign, shot in New York, features Palace rider Kanin Garner and Carhartt WIP rider Max Palmer.
Among the standout pieces is the Ranger hooded jacket, made of durable Cordura® with a quilted lining in vibrant hues that add unexpected contrast. The iconic OG Chore Coat is also reinvented in Cordura®, this time without lining, but with a bold logo on the back that makes it a statement piece. For those looking for customization, this jacket can be combined with the Carhartt WIP Skyler liner, which comes in a quilted design in bright blue and orange.
Another piece that deserves attention is the Car-Lux Half Zip Sweatshirt, which reinterprets Carhartt WIP’s heavyweight poly-cotton fabric in a turtleneck design with a kangaroo pocket. This garment also features the Square Label label with both brands’ logos. Rounding out the offering, knit hoodies feature co-branded embroidery and a graphic motif inspired by the brand’s archives, which incorporates the Palace logo and also appears on short-sleeve tees.
Accessories also feature prominently. The Payton Tote Bag and Duty Glove combine style and utility thanks to the inclusion of webbing webbing. The collection also includes a Storm Mask knit mask and the Austin Trucker Cap, which complete the ideal look for colder days.
The Palace x Carhartt WIP collection will be available starting Friday, December 27 at 12:00 pm at Palace stores worldwide, as well as at Dover Street Market (London, Los Angeles and Tokyo) and online.
If you’re a loyal fan of these brands’ clothing, get ready for the drop and make sure to grab one of the pieces, because it looks like they’re going to sell out in minutes.
