Rosalía has announced the release of her fourth studio album, titled LUX, scheduled for 7 November 2025. To build anticipation, the artist has organised a series of exclusive Listening Parties in various cities around the world, where a select group of fans will have the opportunity to hear the album first.
Confirmed Dates and Cities
The Listening Parties will take place on the following dates and in the following cities:
- 29 October: Mexico City
- 1 November: New York
- 5 November: Barcelona, Buenos Aires, Lima, Paris, Tokyo, São Paulo, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Bogotá, Berlin, Lisbon, Milan, London, Santiago, San José, and Santo Domingo
In Spain, the only city hosting a Listening Party is Barcelona.
How to Participate in the LUX Listening Parties
To attend one of these listening sessions, interested parties must register via the RSVP section on Rosalía’s official website. The registration process includes completing a form with personal details and answering the question: “What does the word LUX mean to you?” It is important to note that participation is limited, and only those selected will receive an official invitation.
Details of the Album LUX
LUX will consist of 18 tracks divided into four acts, including songs such as “Sexo, Violencia y Llantas,” “La Yugular,” and “De madrugá.” Additionally, three exclusive tracks will be included in the physical editions: “Focu ‘ranni,” “Jeanne,” and “Novia Robot.” Notable collaborations feature Björk, Carminho, and Yves Tumor.
The album’s aesthetic carries strong symbolic and spiritual elements, with religious and Baroque references, as demonstrated in the announcement held at Plaza de Callao in Madrid, where Rosalía appeared dressed in attire reminiscent of a nun.
