1017 ALYX 9SM presents its latest collection “BEYOND”

Designer Matthew M. Williams has presented his latest expression of the creative process in fashion through the SS22 collection of 1017 ALYX 9SM. Entitled “BEYOND”, the capsule features futuristic aesthetics, alien sculptures and innovative materials.

Williams returns to the roots of his brand, refining silhouettes and textures. The tones and materials of the garments he works with are reminiscent of objects that can be seen in a volcanic landscape.  At the same time the collection includes touches of Alyx’s industrial style.

The designer is committed to the value of craftsmanship in the brand. Therefore, in the SS22 collection he incorporates dresses covered with hand-embroidered crystals. In addition, in a post-pandemic context, the garments present an appearance of comfort and functionality, without leaving aside the aesthetic.

Following FW21, 1017 ALYX 9SM has expanded its shoe range. Using the EVA Mono sole, the new shoe models are an excellent combination of technical innovation and comfort with maximum breathability.
