Supreme and South2 West8 have teamed up to design a new collection inspired by Tenkara: a Japanese fly fishing technique.
This latest collaboration between Supreme and Japanese firm South2 West8 consists of several utilitarian pieces made from technical fabrics. The garments are designed with the aim of combining functionality with quality, so most of them are reversible to facilitate the sport of fly fishing.
We find the River Trek jacket; the Jungle pants combined with a beanie of the same name; the Bush parka; and the Tulip set consisting of a vest, pants, bag and beanie. The South2 West8 Fleece jacket made of barbed wire is also a surprise.
Finally, the collection includes a Tenkara fishing rod with a minimalist style that combines the red and white tones characteristic of the American streetwear brand’s hallmark.
Supreme x South2 West8 will be available worldwide from April 22nd on the street brand’s website.
