Jimmy Choo celebrates Sailor Moon’s 30th anniversary with exclusive release

Jimmy Choo and the iconic Sailor Moon anime series celebrate the 30th anniversary of the franchise by designing limited edition boots.

This is an IRL version of Sailor Moon‘s transformation look. Each pair is made up of 19,000 fuchsia-coloured Swarovski crystals that stand atop a 10-centimetre heel. Polka dot detailing has been included on the upper for reference, while the original Jimmy Choo silhouette is retained.

Continuing the celebration, the Sailor Moon x Jimmy Choo boots will be on display at the Tokyo Moor Art Museum in Roppongi. An order deadline has been set between 1 July and 15 September, although the launch will be very limited and the pair will be priced at around €15,000.
