Stella McCartney launches her own skincare brand

Stella McCartney, like other celebrities such as Hailey Bieber, has decided to launch her own skincare brand.

Skincare has become an essential part of our daily lives. Just ask Stella McCartney who, like other celebrities such as Hailey Bieber, has decided to launch her own skincare brand.

 

STELLA by Stella McCartney defines itself as a “conscious luxury” line specialising in skincare products. A natural evolution of the designer‘s sustainable ethic, which rejects all animal cruelty. As such, all products are completely vegan and are rooted in nature.

The first launch is composed of three main items: a cleanser, a serum and a moisturiser. The STELLA Reset Cleanser removes make-up and impurities from the skin while helping to preserve the skin’s natural pH level. STELLA Alter-Care Serum, on the other hand, acts as a skin serum and eye contour serum. Finally, STELLA Restore is a cream that works on skin elasticity, reducing fine lines and wrinkles.

All these products, in addition to being made with natural ingredients such as organic rock samphire, biotech cranberry extract or organic wild birch sap, include a unique fragrance created in collaboration with perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. In addition, the reusable bottles are made from recycled glass and the pump kits from recycled social plastic.

“I was brought up to see things from a different perspective, to question and challenge conventions, to look for another way. Growing up in Scotland, I learned to smell nature, to listen to it, to learn from it and, above all, to respect it. I believe it has everything and if we see it, we can nourish our body and soul inside and out,” says Stella McCartney in a statement.
