JW Anderson presented his proposal for next season in London – SS19. A collection in which the designer bets on the basics impregnated with a rural aesthetic.
A presentation that relied on complex and handmade clothing but easy to wear, however that first feeling triggered in a bohemian celebration of fashion at the purest Anderson style.

For those who have followed him since his beginnings, it is possible to see how this collection breathes much more maturity, away from complexities and goes straight to the point. Although it may sound simple, it is quite the opposite, JW’s ability to design interesting clothing that is not on the verge of fashion victimization makes him unique.
One of the strong points of the presentation was the footwear, where a sophisticated set of boots coexisted with the new collaboration with Converse.
It is evident that Anderson, part of the LVMH group, has the ability to create garments and accessories through which he expresses his interest in craftsmanship and at the same time make his ideas commercially viable; something indispensable within the group.
With this collection Jonathan Anderson (@jw_anderson) has taken a step forward with his own brand, evoking a credible type of femininity in motion.
