The “CUPRA Design Obsession” event offered a unique visual spectacle at the Palacio Cibeles in the heart of Madrid. CUPRA’s values were represented as never seen before. In a location filled with large screens that formed a suspended catwalk, several virtual models embodied the 9 principles of the brand’s vision for the future, walking in front of the audience.
The virtual show thus represented the brand’s values, imagery and aesthetics as never before. In addition, two of CUPRA’s most recognisable models were presented at the event, the Formentor and the Leon. Both have been redesigned and have received improvements in different elements to be the visible home of the next generation of cars.
The idea of the catwalk was to identify and understand the ingredients that make CUPRA design unique. To illustrate their personal and individual attitudes, each avatar represented a value that makes CUPRA a brand loved by some, but not to everyone’s taste, including the rebellious spirit that challenges the status quo. The spirit of the Tribe invites each driver to be one of their own.
“CUPRA Design Obsession” was full of surprises during the presentation of the season’s new CUPRAs, from DJ sets by the house’s resident DJs Andrea Vandall and cucu__t to a performance by the artist of the moment Ralphie Choo. All paired with the best wines and aperitifs. After the event at the Palacio de Cibeles, we moved to CUPRA City Garage to end the night in style.
The carmaker yesterday unveiled the redesigned and improved CUPRA Formentor and CUPRA Leon.
