The creative director of ManéMané presented the special piece as part of Madrid es Moda with the aim of raising funds for Ayuda en Acción.
The non-profit organisation works hand in hand with children and young people in vulnerable situations, and now joins Madrid Fashion Week to demonstrate that fashion can have a positive impact. Yesterday, the iconic Puerta de Alcalá hosted a fashion show where tradition, folklore and craftsmanship of the capital were the main protagonists, in addition to the proposal devised by Miguel Becer.
For this special occasion, the designer chose to offer a cocktail dress inspired by the garment that gave him the opportunity to establish himself as one of the most prominent brands in the national industry and a global benchmark: the corset.
