Levi's® also celebrates the comeback of Oasis

With a capsule collection that includes classic band T-shirts and denim garments inspired by the band’s unmistakable aesthetic.

Last Friday 4th July, Liam and Noel Gallagher took to the stage together after 16 years doing it separately. The venue chosen for the long awaited reunion was Cardiff, the city that witnessed this first date of the tour and that vibrated to the rhythm of great hits such as “Don’t Look Back in Anger”, “Acquiesce” or “Wonderwall”. And, to accompany this historic moment, Levi’s® is pleased to unveil a new exclusive line of garments that revive the sound and visual imagery of a band that never lost its essence.

The collection is constructed in two chapters, with the first based on seven premium T-shirts in the spirit of the nineties. With iconic graphics and a colour palette celebrating Manchester City, the pieces exude an unprecedented rock nostalgia. These include a long-sleeved black T-shirt adorned with “Supersonic” across the chest and “You can have it all but how much do you want it?” on the back. All finished off with vintage woven labels, paying homage to the 90s Levi’s® that set the tone on the stages of Knebworth or Glastonbury.

But at the heart of this release is the Levi’s® x Oasis Parka, a garment that Liam turned into a uniform and now reinterpreted with 70s Orange Tab detailing and embroidery on the sleeve. The classic Type II Trucker Jacket, inspired by the brand’s 1996 tour edition, returns with the Oasis logo on the front. Completing the drop is a Banded Collar Shirt in indigo stripes.
