Futuristic style for the street.
Willy Chavarría and adidas are working together again and this week they are launching a new pair of trainers called Megaride AG. This model was recently presented at a fashion show in Paris and is now available in stores in two colours, black and cream. They go on sale on 30 January and will be priced at $200.
The trainers are made from a mixture of mesh, translucent plastic and suede, which gives them a modern and distinctive look. In addition, the front and heel are reinforced for extra durability, while some details shine when exposed to light. Meanwhile, the tongue features the name Chavarría, acting as the designer’s signature.
As for the colourways, the black model stands out the most, combining dark tones with silver accents and small red details on the sole. By contrast, the cream version feels cleaner and softer, with lighter colours and the same red touch underneath. Despite their differences, both pairs keep the same futuristic style. Finally, adidas’ Megaride technology inside ensures a comfortable and well-cushioned feel when walking.
The Willy Chavarría x adidas Megaride AG will be available for purchase from 30 January on the adidas Confirmed app and in selected adidas stores.
