Rosalía forced to stop her Milan concert due to food poisoning

What was shaping up to be another standout night of the LUX Tour 2026 took an unexpected turn for Rosalía in Milan. Although she stepped on stage ready to give it her all, it quickly became clear that something wasn’t right. In fact, the artist herself told the audience she had been unwell from the very beginning due to food poisoning. So, caught between her commitment to fans and a body that wasn’t cooperating, Rosalía tried to push through… but sometimes, willpower just isn’t enough.

Still —and this is the striking part— she held on for as long as she could. While performing tracks like De Madrugá, the effort was obvious: awkward pauses, visible discomfort, and that familiar “push through no matter what” attitude. However, things worsened, and the videos circulating on social media make it clear just how unwell she was. In the end, she had to stop the show halfway through, apologise, and leave the stage. A difficult moment, yes — but also a very human one.

Rather than leaving a negative mark, the moment revealed a different side of Rosalía: more human, more relatable, and in many ways, more admirable. Because not everything is perfection and flawless choreography — there are days when your body simply says “enough”. For now, all eyes are on Madrid. Will she recover in time? It certainly looks that way… and if anything is clear, it’s that when she returns, she’ll come back stronger than ever.

The next stop of the LUX Tour is set for 30 March in Madrid. The artist is scheduled to perform four consecutive shows in the Spanish capital during Easter week, before heading to Lisbon on 8 April and kicking off four nights in Barcelona on the 13th.
