Mamzel at Finca Besaya returns to the spotlight, reaffirming its position as one of the city’s nightlife epicentres. Since opening in 2020, the venue has captured Marbella’s most hedonistic spirit, and this new season is no exception. Under the concept of ‘Sauvage’, the dinner show evolves into a more ambitious proposition, where every element —from set design to music— is crafted to immerse guests in an exotic and captivating universe. The transformation of the space into a sophisticated jungle, filled with lighting, textures and lush details, sets the tone for an experience designed to disconnect from reality and simply surrender to the moment.
The show, conceived by Fidel Buika and overseen by Zazou Belounis, unfolds throughout the entire venue, blurring the lines between stage and dining area. More than 20 international dancers bring wild creatures and animal-inspired characters to life through dynamic choreography and striking costumes, creating a visual narrative that evolves across the evening. Music acts as the thread that ties it all together, turning the experience into one where guests don’t just watch, but actively take part — through applause, dancing and constant interaction.

Alongside this, the culinary offering remains central to the experience. The new menu, designed by executive chef Fabian Cangas, presents a sharing-style journey that begins with fresh starters such as roasted aubergine babaganoush or hummus with zaatar, before moving into more refined dishes like truffled beef carpaccio. Japanese influences also appear —from prawn tempura or hamachi uramaki to miso salmon and nigiri with truffled ponzu— leading into main courses such as satay chicken or Black Angus rib-eye. A chocolate and walnut dessert and a selection of signature cocktails provide the final note, maintaining the balance between cuisine and performance that defines Mamzel.
With ‘Sauvage’, Mamzel not only redefines the dinner show concept in Marbella, but also establishes itself as a destination in its own right. Here, dinner becomes performance, and performance transforms into a multisensory experience where dining and dancing go hand in hand until the very end. An invitation to experience the night from within, in a setting where every detail is designed to leave a lasting impression — in the wildest dinner show on Marbella’s nightlife scene.
