Following its debut launch late last summer, A-Cold-Wall * by Samuel Ross teams up again with eyewear brand RETROSUPERFUTURE to rework its iconic Caro and America frames.
For the Spring/Summer 2022 season come new reworkings of the Caro and America frames, drawing on the industrial heritage of A-Cold-Wall* and the futuristic spirit of RETROSUPERFUTURE.
Samuel Ross’ signature aesthetic and affinity for architecture is reflected through the Caro model which arrives in new colour combinations of Cadmium, Amber, Marquina, Sandstone and Onyx.
The America glasses embody a more traditional shape with a 3D grid pattern and a soft gradient towards the temple tips. This time, the silhouette comes in Amber and Onyx shades.
The frames are composed of 60% Italian acetate and 40% nylon. The ACW* logo is laser-engraved along the hinge and season codes are printed on the black and coloured lenses.
ACW* x RETROSUPERFUTURE sunglasses are now available on the A-COLD-WALL* website. The new Caro and America versions come in a recycled leather case and feature 100% UV protection.
