adidas Originals presents the FORUM collection for FW21

The adidas Original Forum FW21 campaign features Slowthai and Beabadoobee globally. It is a tribute to those who make an open mind their way of life through a collection with a sporty aesthetic.

adidas Originals has once again reinvented the iconic Forum silhouette. This time paying homage to the cultural leaders who are redefining the style of tomorrow. Encouraging a new generation to embrace an open attitude, Forum is inspired by an unabashed and irreverent innate spirit to never be afraid to experiment with new ideas.

In the decades since the adidas Forum first debuted on a basketball court, this silhouette has played an integral role in shaping culture as a genuine style icon, continually being adopted and recontextualised by those who effortlessly embrace a new world of unknowns. With its roots in basketball, today this shoe represents an open invitation to aesthetic self-expression, standing out on the feet of artists, musicians, designers and more.

Forum‘s global campaign features British artists Slowthai and Beabadoobee; along with a large cast of local artists in each country.

Forum takes inspiration this season from the innate 80s scene. The iconic trainer has been reinvented in three distinct new styles, each inspired by the essence of the silhouette. First, Forum Exhibit Low features all the classic elements of the shoe wrapped in a low-profile look, combined with a removable velcro strap; a white leather upper with red accents and navy blue accents; as well as a rubber outsole. Forum Exhibit Mid comprises a similar approach, this time with a mid-cut silhouette, and is available in a striking pastel blue colourway. Finally, Forum Low completes the collection, elevating the classic look of the shoe with basketball-inspired white, navy, red and yellow colourways.

And of course, adidas Originals pays homage to the roots of the timeless trainer. Thus, it reintroduces the modernised versions of the Forum Mid and Forum Low in the quintessential white and blue colours of this silhouette.

The new versions of the iconic adidas Originals silhouette will go on sale worldwide on 16 July at adidas.es/forum. They will also be available in adidas shops, while the classic white and blue colourway is already available in shops and online.
