adidas forces players to choose a side: chaos or control.
adidas once again reignites one of football’s eternal debates with the launch of its Spring / Summer 2026 boot collection. The campaign brings together two iconic silhouettes and two opposing ways of understanding the game: Predator and F50. The challenge is clear—choose between Team Control or Team Chaos.
Leading this rivalry are Jude Bellingham, a symbol of composure and dominance, and Lamine Yamal, the embodiment of speed, creativity and constant rule-breaking. Two distinct styles with the same goal: making the difference on the pitch.
Predator: precision under pressure
The new Predator Elite Fold-Over Tongue boots are designed for players who control the tempo of the match. Their key innovation is NANOSTRIKE+, a redesigned mesh upper that combines lightness, softness and grip zones. The result is more precise striking, even in moments of maximum pressure.
The iconic fold-over tongue returns, offering an optimal contact surface. While, the STRIKEFRAME plate, with a new stud configuration, improves traction and rotational agility. This is complemented by POWERSPINE, a lightweight full-length plate that adds midfoot stability and increased power when striking the ball.
Visually, Predator features a bold red forefoot, combined with a white midfoot and heel. The three stripes echo the contours of the historic Predator Precision.
F50: speed without rules
On the opposite side sits the new F50 Elite, designed for players who live on the edge. Its colourway starts with a vibrant lemon-yellow heel that fades into white, creating a strong sense of motion.
The FIBERTOUCH UPPER delivers lightweight support with cushioning where it is needed most. SPRINTWEB, a high-definition 3D texture, enhances ball control at high speed. The tunnel-style tongue with COMPRESSIONFIT ensures a secure fit, while SPRINTFRAME 360 enables acceleration and quick changes of direction from any angle.
Two stars, two identities
The campaign’s audiovisual piece brings this contrast to life with Jude Bellingham and Lamine Yamal at its centre. For Bellingham, Predator represents calm and precision—a tool to dictate the rhythm of the game. For Yamal, F50 embodies creative chaos, offering the confidence to take risks and remain unpredictable.
On the pitch, Predator will be worn by players such as Trent Alexander-Arnold, Pedri, Alessia Russo and Aitana Bonmatí. Meanwhile, F50 will feature on the feet of Lamine Yamal alongside Ousmane Dembélé, Florian Wirtz, Vicky López and Trinity Rodman.
Choosing is part of the game
With this campaign, adidas goes beyond technical innovation. It also sparks a key conversation within modern football culture: pure speed or absolute control?
The F50 Elite (€270) and Predator Elite Fold-Over Tongue (€280) are available now at adidas.com and in selected stores.
