Alife and Timberland reinterpret iconic Yellow Boots for FW21

Global outdoor brand Timberland and New York lifestyle brand Alife, today unveil a new collaboration: Alife x Timberland Premium 7.5-inch Boot, a new limited edition collection that continues a series of collaborations between these iconic lifestyle names.

 

A collection that reinterprets a symbol of New York City: the legendary Timberland 6″ Premium Waterproof boot. Alife plays with proportions by adding an extra inch and a half of height through a double padded collar, resulting in a familiar yet totally revamped design. In the SS21 collection, Alife presented his unique take on the brand’s boat shoes, and this time, the play is on the boots.

Both brands’ logos appear on the sides of these uniquely designed, slightly taller boots. In keeping with Timberland‘s heritage of outdoor enjoyment, they feature a seam-sealed waterproof construction, warm Primaloft insulation and Vibram outsoles for traction. Plus, the leather is sourced from Leather Working Group silver-rated tanneries.

A continuation of the love story between Alife and Timberland that has been photographed by Blake Kunin on location in New York and an inspiring storytelling with the new design as the protagonist. Kunin captures the essence and energy of this multicultural city, capturing a visual development that pays homage to the authenticity and sense of individuality of both brands.

 

Collaborations between Timberland and Alife began in 2007 and continue today with this new limited edition capsule that will be available on the Timberland website and in selected retail outlets from tomorrow.
