Kith’s latest collaboration with BMW presents a wide collection of clothing inspired by the classic E30 model. Usually, when a designer is associated with a car brand, the results are usually concise. However, Kith presents its biggest collaboration. In total they have designed 94 garments that reflect Ronnie Fieg’s love of the E30.
The childhood of Kith’s founder, Ronnie Fieg was marked by walks in his grandfather’s red E30. Thus, he has declared to have been inspired by these memories for the development of this new collection together with BMW. The result: a varied selection of garments and accessories suitable for lovers of the road and the wheel. These range from bathrobes to blazers, tracksuits and sweatshirts. The fabrics with which the pieces have been made refer to the characteristic colours and images of BMW. The protagonists of the collection have been the jackets and leather gloves.
To complete the collection they have launched umbrellas, pillows, cups and equipment for the car, such as custom valve covers and number plate frames.
Are you missing anything? BMW x Kith includes a new logo with the Kith logo on the steering wheel, bonnet, wheels and boot. The monogram also appears on the seat and door panels. In addition, BMW spared no expense in redesigning the interior, using the highest quality leather to achieve extreme opulence.
The collaboration will be available on the Kith website from 23 October. While you take a look at the firm’s latest releases here.
