The full harvest moon, the last one before the autumnal equinox, lit up the sky on Monday 20 September. This is the date when farmers used to harvest their crops at night and it also directly affects people’s energy. 

The autumnal equinox marks the end of summer and the beginning of the next season, a favourite for many. This year, it appeared in its full phase for a total of three days. As it rises just 30 minutes after sunset, it takes on a very special golden hue.
