The Royal Albert Hall in London hosted the 75th BAFTA Awards yesterday. The UK’s most important event in the film industry brought together numerous stars who dazzled on the red carpet. We take a look at the best looks and the list of winners.
One of the stars of the night was Lady Gaga, who dazzled the audience in a green Ralph Lauren dress that she paired with 15-centimetre heels. Naomi Campbell opted for a much more minimalist option: an elegant long velvet dress with details on the sleeves designed by Burberry. Emma Watson, meanwhile, wore a two-tone black and white dress with a tulle train and halter neckline, while Adwoa Aboah wowed in a Saint Laurent strapless gown.
In terms of awards, ‘Dune’ stood out in style with awards in three categories: Cinematography, Original Score, Production Design, Sound and Special Visual Effects. ‘The Power of the Dog’ was crowned Best Picture; Joanna Scanlan Best Leading Actress and Will Smith Lead Actor.
