Balenciaga’s “Track” sneaker model has evolved over the course of the collections. Thus, starting from the original model, they have presented different sandal proposals or its silver iteration, among others. Now they are launching Track Hike, a hybrid between a sneaker and a hiking boot.
Demna Gvasalia’s latest proposal for Balenciaga is Track Hike. Conceived as the perfect hybrid, the silhouette is designed with an overlapping nylon and mesh upper, two-tone laces and signature branding all over: tongue, toe, side and heel. However, the focus lies in the new aesthetics reminiscent of a hiking boot.
Elevating its functionality and comfort with the inclusion of new materials, the high upper will provide superior support. In addition, the maxi thickness of the sole coupled with its propulsion technology takes the boot to the futuristic, genuine Balenciaga category.
Balenciaga Track Hike is available in its white/black version, but they are already sold out. The hybrid is expected to be available again, so keep an eye on the website for the next release.
