Balenciaga’s “Toe” shoe collection in collaboration with Vibram first appeared in Balenciaga’s FW20 show. The new partnership will be launched this week and will consist of two limited edition models that build on Vibram’s iconic FiveFingers while adding Balenciaga’s savoir faire.
Both pairs are made of a special fabric of recycled materials. With this model, you can experience the tactile freedom that a FiveFingers sports car provides. They also have a suspension system in the heel that imitates the heel of a shoe. The double Vibram and Balenciaga logo decorates both the sole and the lower edges.
The toe sock model will be available in red and black, while the shoe with laces will be available in black only. Finally, the pointed silhouette with heel will be available in pink and black.
Balenciaga’s “Toe” collection will arrive at the official website of the brand and selected stores on October 16.
