BAPE brings back the 'MULTI CAMO'

The BAPE STA™ ICON features the iconic print for the first time.

A Bathing Ape delves into its archives to revive one of its most iconic designs and thus redefine the present. Yes, we’re talking about MULTI CAMO, a print that was originally introduced in 2004 and quickly became one of the most powerful visual hallmarks of the streetwear scene at the time. Now, more than two decades later, it’s making a strong comeback.

Applied to the premium upper of the BAPE STA™, the print interacts directly with the star-shaped STA logo and the silhouette’s classic, bold lines. This successfully captures the Y2K aesthetic without veering into pure retro. There is an evolution in the design.
