j-hope signs the most exclusive version of the LV BUTTERSOFT

This shoe model was launched by Pharrell Williams in early 2025.

The Louis Vuitton LV Buttersoft was created as a reinterpretation of a classic silhouette inspired by the spirit of the 2000s, marking the natural evolution of classic leather footwear. Now, it has been reimagined in a new, even more sophisticated version – if that’s possible – designed by j-hope, the artist, dancer, rapper and member of BTS.

Originally designed for him as a bespoke piece for his world tour, these Buttersoft shoes expand his creative horizons and combine comfort, personal significance and the Maison’s unmistakable artisanal expertise. All in a single piece.

They come in a combination of pink and white, reflecting the artist’s optimistic vision, with an upper crafted from ultra-soft calfskin resting on a layered elastic rubber sole. The design is completed by a system of wide, braided laces featuring decorative cloche-clé details with the Monogram and the inscription ‘Your, My Hope’ engraved at the ends. Finally, there is a fabric label inspired by the Speedy P9 bag, integrated into the tongue, and a leather patch featuring the capsule’s exclusive logo alongside the Louis Vuitton Paris stamp and the j-hope signature.
