The festive season is fast approaching and KENZO and artistic director Nigo are celebrating with Boke Flower, one of the Maison’s graphic icons.
Aside from the KENZO Tiger motif, the Boke Flower is one of the brand’s most iconic graphics. For this year’s holiday season, NIGO printed it in a vibrant collection led by this iconic motif in a golden version and in a festive colour palette.
The boke is a Japanese flower that Nigo has redesigned for the holiday season. This motif is present on T-shirts, dresses, sweatshirts and outerwear such as parkas. In addition to ready-to-wear, it also appears on accessories: bags, slippers and small leather goods.
The selection, as well as the images of the KENZO Holiday Collection Boke Flower campaign, are inspired by the family adventure films of the 1980s. The pieces in the collection are infused with macro-logos, all-over prints and collegiate aesthetics.
