Burberry plays with duality in its latest campaign

Burberry plays with the concept of duality in its latest campaign, uniting the men’s and women’s collections in a single format.

The iconic British fashion house, Burberry, has just presented its Fall/Winter 21 campaign, but unlike other times, the brand’s creative team has decided to unite the men’s collection, “Escapes”, and the women’s collection, “Femininity“, in the same format.

On this occasion, the campaign, shot by the prestigious duo of photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot and accompanied by Chris Rhodes, reflects the combination of a series of studio images with others from moments prior to the backstage presentation of the respective collections.

As we can see, the brand’s creative director and his team have decided to play with duality and make it almost the main protagonist. But, although it has played a very important role, this has not come to pass, since the impressive synthetic fur coats or the reimagined pieces of women’s tailoring accompanied by the already well-known “olympia bags” or the men’s garments made with fringes or pleats or the coats with rabbit ears have taken all the attention we are referring to.

What do you think of Burberry’s latest Autumn/Winter 21 campaign? Do you like it? We do, and much, much more than its clothes and accessories.
