The renowned British and Italian brands have joined forces once again to present a second line in collaboration.
One of the standout pieces in the collection is the Barbour x C.P. Company Creel wax jacket, which combines the essence of Barbour’s classic Bedale wax jacket with the distinctive elements of C.P. Company’s Mille jacket, including the iconic watch and spectacle lens. This jacket also features functional details, such as wrap pockets with flap and a detachable hood.
The collection’s color palette is inspired by indigenous sheep breeds such as Shetland and Manx Loaghtan, which bring earthy black and brown tones. However, there is one striking exception: the vibrant orange jacket, which is inspired by natural plant dyes and is shown exclusively on the Creel Wax Jacket.
Another gem of the collection is the Barbour x C.P. Company TC Explorer Wax Jacket, an homage to C.P. Company’s classic Explorer jacket, crafted from Barbour’s signature 8oz waxed cotton.
But this collaboration is not just about fashion; it also embraces sustainability. Included are 25 limited edition “re-loved” Barbour jackets, available through a sweepstakes on the official C.P. Company website. Proceeds from these exclusive jackets will go to the World Land Trust, a charity dedicated to environmental conservation.
Ian Bergin, Barbour Men’s Fashion Director, and Paul Harvey, Designer at C.P. Company, expressed their delight at the collaboration, highlighting the seamless fusion of iconic designs and practical functionality that has resulted in what they consider “instant classics” in the world of outerwear.
The full Barbour x C.P. Company collection will be available from October 19 on both brands’ official websites, with prices yet to be announced.
