Comme des Garçons Play has once again teamed up with Converse to launch a new collaboration. This time, the japanese brand has versioned the classic Chuch 70 in two colorways: “Blue Quartz” and “Steel Grey”.
At the end of March, the Play line from Commes des Garçons teamed up with Converse to reinvent the Jack Purcell silhouette. Now, history repeats itself and they have just unveiled a new chapter of their collaboration, with the Chuck 70 model once again taking center stage in its Hi and Ox versions. The new sneakers feature the distinctive CDG heart in black on the classic canvas of the sneaker, which this time is dyed in two colors: “Blue Quartz” and “Steel Grey”.
In addition, to present the four new designs, Comme des Garçons has released this video written, directed and performed by the versatile Sean Lew.
The new Chuck 70 Hi and Chuck 70 Ox from CDG Play x Converse will be released on June 3. As always, they will be available at Comme des Garçons stores and Dover Street Market for $150.
