Yes, Cha Chá is that Madrid-based collective that everyone talks about and wants to be part of. Now based at the Teatro Eslava, they manage to shake up the capital’s Saturdays in a way that no one has ever done before.
Laura, Andrea and Edgar are at the head of this project that was born in 2015 as a result of a clear need: to give the urban scene a space in which to uninhibit itself and thus “adopt” an orphaned youth that swarmed from club to club without finding its place. Cha Chá arrived and became the meeting point for: creatives, artists, celebrities… Why? Simply because it is real.
Today they maintain all that essence and that loyal crew that follows them wherever they go. Anticipated in musical taste, they always give us unique sets by Cha Chá Soundsystem – Mygal, Andrea Vandall and Edgar Kerri -. In addition, their groundbreaking and avant-garde programming makes the party the place to be.

They have recently created a new session called La Discoteca – in Alcalá 20 -, similar codes, same attitude and also a meeting point for the cool kids of the city. No doubt this is your Friday plan… A first stop at Club Malasaña or Lucky Dragon and for La Discoteca.
More and more clubs are joining the formula or trying to resemble something that is unique, and falling into error. Cha Chá there is only one and they are the true agitators by nature within the segment in the capital. They have paved the way, pioneers of a concept that only those who understand it come to value it.

This Saturday we attended the new Cha Chá again and it reminded us that it is important to give recognition to collectives that have created a scene within Madrid’s nightlife culture. They have undoubtedly become the core of a city on the rise in terms of coolness and fun.
Tic Tac… Waiting for the next date.
