This is the name given by TikTok followers to the classic technique that many of us have used when we started to apply make-up: mixing several mascaras to combine different formulas and brushes. This way, you can create the combination that best suits your lashes and your taste.

And it makes sense why it’s gone so viral: mascara wands and formulas are designed for different purposes, such as lengthening, curling or volumising, and no one product on the market can do it all. Plus, there’s no right or wrong way to match your mascaras.

For example, TikTok recommends not using two volumising mascaras at the same time. They recommend using a basic “Lash Slick” by Glossier or “Lash Amplifying” by Ami Colé and follow with “Lash Clash” by YSL Beauty or “Le Volume de Chanel” by Chanel Beauty. The possibilities are endless.
