The second drop of NIGO x Virgil Abloh LV² opens an imaginary of dream pieces for the winter months. The union of urban identity and luxury returns in what is already Virgil’s first collaboration for Louis Vuitton.
Virgil Abloh undertakes a journey through the LV archive in order to contemporize a range of products from leather goods to ready-to-wear. It thus becomes a tribute to the iconic codes of the luxury house, with a focus on winter pieces.
In this LV² universe, the N-2B bomber with leather hood, the graphic aviator jacket, as well as the parka sheathed in the Damier checked, stand out. A new paradigm that revives the LV heritage through printed fabrics or refined tailored suits combined with hiking boots to balance that classy line.
The accessories are in charge of raising the proposal in the form of graphic ties, rings, or bracelets on which the LV² logo is inscribed. Not to mention the avant-garde iterations of the Keepall bags, backpacks, or cross-bodies that fuse the Louis Vuitton monogram pattern with the Damier.
The second capsule of the NIGO x Virgil Abloh Louis Vuitton LV² collection will be released on August 28th at selected retailers as well as on the Louis Vuitton website.
