COMME des GARÇONS brings back its championship rings

The COMME des GARÇONS championship rings are back at Dover Street Market. Introduced a few years ago, the large and eye-catching rings are designed with reference to the championship rings that are given out in sports leagues such as the NBA, NFL and NHL.

Designed by Rei Kawakubo, the rings are made of silver, iron, black onyx and cubic zirconia, and are engraved with motivating slogans such as “MY ENERGY COMES FROM FREEDOM“, “LIVE FREE” or “STRONG WILL“. The large rings also have a central logo in the form of the number “1“, “CDG” or “COMME des GARÇONS” written in full.
