Comme des Garçons x Salomon: sporting avant-garde

COMME des GARÇONS has just launched a sneaker together with the French sports brand Salomon. The silhouette is monochromatic and has a rather sinuous platform sole. They have also presented a flat model. Who said that sports could not be avant-garde? 

COMME des GARÇONS x Salomon takes shape in two suggestive styles: a thick platform and a flat Mary Jane. The first model, called SENSE FEEL, has a mesh upper and a curved platform midsole. It also features a cross lacing system and the “Salomon” badge on the side. The second style, the RX 3.0, fuses technical details with the typically feminine silhouette of a classic Mary Jane. With a textile upper and a buckle strap at the instep, the shoe is made with a flat midsole. Both come in monochrome: black or white.

COMME des GARÇONS x Salomon SS21 collaboration ranges from $ 210 to $ 350 USD, and will be launched at Dover Street Market from March 2021.
