Ambush is another of the many brands that has just unveiled its latest offering for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2022. Creatively led by its founder, designer Yoon Ambush, this time she has designed a unisex collection, which she has divided into three parts: AMBUSH WKSP, AMBUSH ARTISANAL and AMBUSH WARDROBE.
Firstly, AMBUSH WKSP is inspired by technical fabrics and is full of basic garments, which serve and will serve as a basic wardrobe for the coming season. Composed of T-shirts, sweatshirts and swimming costumes for men and women, these garments have been dyed in vibrant and neutral tones. In addition, there are also prints inspired by nature, created by graphic designer Hagihara Takuya. On the other hand and in second place, we can find AMBUSH ARTISANAL. With this part of the collection, Yoon Ambush tries to successfully unite haute couture with everyday life. This union can be found in her braided wool dresses finished with hand-applied flowers or in the jersey skirts with lacing.
Finally, AMBUSH WARDROBE is characterised by being made up of some of the brand’s main designs, but also by continuing to focus on tailoring and the union of Italian silhouettes with Japanese details. Among the fabrics of the garments we can highlight are linen and cotton. All these pieces are designed in pastel colours and neutral washed tones, and we can’t forget their footwear line, which includes mules, trekking sandals, rubber boots and leather slippers, as well as their line of bags and jewellery.
