A play of glances between two icons: the talent of Dolce&Gabbana and the unmistakable signature of Persol give life to a collection of sunglasses and eyewear that synthesises the DNA of the two Italian brands in an unprecedented way, combining know-how and aesthetic research.
In the four proposals – two eyeglasses and two sunglasses, available in two different sizes – the minimalist style of Persol merges with the irreverent creativity of Dolce&Gabbana.
The classic D-frame frame, characterised by the front of the 649 model, is enhanced with transparencies, logo details and colour combinations inspired by the brand’s codes. From Havana to Persol black. From zebra print to the colourful universe of the Italian fashion house.
It’s a fresh, contemporary collection narrated by a gallery of moving portraits shot by Domenico Dolce, with creative direction by Stefano Gabbana. In this way, the campaign images show the new models with a touch of exuberance. At the centre of the lens, the all-encompassing concept of inclusivity expresses an energetic, pop mood that speaks to the youth of today.
The collection designed by Dolce&Gabbana and Persol is now available in the online shops of both brands as well as in selected opticians.
