Natural wine at Casa Neutrale is an experience that comes from organic grapes and reflects the land from which it is born. Committed to the environment, the land, the vineyard and the winery, the producers strive to create a pure wine, preserving tradition and local culture.
In addition to the exquisite selection of natural wines, CASA NEUTRALE® WINE BAR offers a unique dining experience. From appetizers such as the Rooftop Smokehouse Smoked Butter Bread to main courses such as the Mellow Rib and Pickled Onion Sando, each option on the menu has been carefully chosen to complement the natural wine experience. Homemade desserts such as tiramisu or flan complement the offerings.
