Dr. Martens and Suicoke team up for SS21

This new collaboration between Dr. Martens and Suicoke welcomes the summer season by presenting the ultimate summer sandals.

Dr. Martens and Suicoke have decided to revamp the Japanese brand’s signature Boak and Depa silhouettes, combining techniques and materials previously seen in the British brand’s Lorsan sandal.

“Dr. Martens and Suicoke share a mutual understanding and a unique approach to design that constantly challenges creative development, using only the highest quality materials,” says the Suicoke team. “We don’t aim to design for a specific demographic, but simply to make something special. It is not to be distinguished by us, but by the consumer. They are the ones who have the freedom and the right to choose the product if it fits their lifestyle,” he adds.

In keeping with Dr. Martens tradition and influence, these new models include the signature smooth black leather we’re used to, as well as the yellow stitching and heel tag. The first pair comes with a Suicoke branded tongue, while the second pair includes the logo on the buckles.

The collection will be available from 13 March on the Suicoke and Dr. Martens websites and in selected shops.
