If there is one school that is recognised throughout the international art industry, it is Central Saint Martins in London. Now, Dr. Martens presents a collaboration with five of its students.
The initiative is part of the All Access Summer programme, which reflects the endless possibilities and challenges of the summer season. Students Francesca Lake, Xuesong Yang, Gad Jreissati, Lauren Patchett and Jude Hinojosa have been selected to showcase their creations inspired by the brand‘s summer line.
“Creativity and community are core values at Dr. Martens, so there is a natural synergy between the brand and the incredibly talented students at Central Saint Martins. We are very. proud to partner with this hub of originality and creativity that shines a light on designers who have travelled from all over the world to hone their craft in London, the home of so many internationally renowned designers. It has been a pleasure to see the students’ inventive and ingenious designs and how they have interpreted Dr. Martens All Access Summer,” says Darren McKoy, creative director of Dr. Martens.
