Just a year after purchasing it, Drake hangs the ‘for sale’ sign on his exclusive Los Angeles property.
More than 2,300 square metres spread over 10 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, several living rooms, various dressing rooms, a wine cellar, a gym, a kitchen with two islands, a large swimming pool, a tennis court, an orchard and even a separate house to receive guests. A real mansion that was built in the late 1990s and designed by the acclaimed team of architects KAA Design Group.
The first owner of the house was Armand Marciano, co-founder of GUESS. In 2015, Robbie Williams bought it for $33 million after it was renovated to his taste and, in 2022, he sold it to Drake. It is now worth $75 million and is available for purchase. Who will be the next owner?
