This is Balenciaga’s accessory for spring 2022

Since Demna has been at the helm of Balenciaga, the brand has always used football codes in its collections. The maison continues its relationship with the aesthetics of the most followed sport in history and launches the hooded scarf from its “Clones” collection for the Spring 2022 season.

After launching a collection of T-shirts, trainers and a football-style coat, the French house continues its relationship with football and presents its new accessory that combines the codes of high fashion with the influences of the most followed sport in the world.

The Soccer Hood scarf, which comes in “Red” and “Blue”, is part of Balenciaga‘s Spring 2022 “Clones” collection and you can see how it looks in look 14 of the capsule. The accessory is made from the same polyester you would use for a football shirt.

The accessory comes in a satin finish with white stripes and stripes on the sides. The scarf that looks like an inside-out jersey features the Balenciaga logo, the embroidered “Balenciaga, Paris, France” crest, sponsor motifs and the “B” on the sleeves.

The Balenciaga football hooded scarf is available now in both colours from the Balenciaga webiste and boutiques for $650.
