North West appeared at the listening party for “Vultures 2”, Kanye West’s new album, and took to the stage alongside her father to drop the news: she has been working on her first musical project for some time. At just ten years old, the daughter of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian told the crowd: “Hey, I’m Northy and I’ve been working on an album that’s going to be called ‘Elementary School Dropout’.”
The 10-year-old star performed her new hit, “TALKING” and danced along with a group of friends, wearing her usual oversized baggy black T-shirt and a furry hat. While Kim cheered on her daughter, Ye joined North on stage. Alpha It Girl Jazzy’s World interviewed the youngster after the concert. Jazzy asked her about the EP’s release date, North replied, “I don’t know,” but assured her that “it’s going to be great.”
Although this will be her debut album, it’s not her first taste of music. North West has already made her rap debut on Kanye’s album “Vultures”. She also performed “Talking”, the track she is featured on, live at the Accor Arena in Paris. The title of her first album is reminiscent of the concept with which Kanye West debuted in the world of hip-hop and rap in 2004: “The College Dropout”.
