World-renowned visual artist Felipe Pantone reconnects with his graffiti roots and launches a limited set of 6 markers in collaboration with iconic artists’ materials brand Krink.
Pantone, like many contemporary artists, had his first contact with art through graffiti. Although his work is now far removed from those beginnings, the artist has wanted to pay homage to his origins through the launch of 6 markers by Krink. The set, limited to 350 units, includes 6 K-60 paint markers with a 15 mm round tip (black, light blue, yellow, light green, red and purple).
The set embodies the spirit of Pantone’s practice, which oscillates between the analogue past and the digital future of art, where humans and machines will work to usher in a new expression. Felipe continues to exhibit his projects around the world, a month ago he announced his solo show “Kosmos” at Control Gallery (Los Angeles). The exhibition will be on view until the 18th of this month.
