First images of the Mongibello Hotel in Ibiza

Inspired by the Amalfi coast and the Ibiza aesthetics of the sixties, the hotel located in the Santa Eulalia area will open its doors at the beginning of July.

Concept Hotel Group is pleased to announce its arrival in Santa Eulalia with Hotel Mongibello, a luxury resort that evokes the Italian ‘dolce vita’ in the purest Mediterranean style. Mongibello is the fictional village on the Amalfi coast where Patricia Highsmith‘s novel ‘Mr. Ripley’s Talent’ is set and where the details that inspired the ILMIOdesign architecture studio, responsible for the design of the hotel, can be found.

A total of 32 suites through which tribute is paid to different personalities related to the history of the island and who personify ‘the art of living’ such as Ángela Molina, Ricardo Urgell or Ángel Nieto. Each of these celebrities have personalised illustrations created by the Ibizan artist Marcos Torres and mirrors signed by the designer Sergio Prieto.

All rooms feature Create fridges and coffee makers, Marshall speakers, Casa Maricruz ceramic pieces and images of the celebrities as well as a brief biography of them, allowing guests to learn about each of their personal stories. Not to mention the spectacular sea and mountain views from each of the 136 bedrooms.
