A new silhouette arrives from the hand of one of the most successful collaborations of recent times led by the Swoosh giant and the Californian label.
This time it’s the bold interpretation of one of the running icons that emerged in the 1970s and quickly became a wardrobe staple for everyday wear. Yes, we’re talking about the Nike LD-1000, updated five decades later with pistachio green and Stüssy‘s signature codes.
A slim, timeless and sporty silhouette whose mesh construction sits atop a slim white EVA midsole and a serrated black outsole. The upper is interspersed with darker green suede overlays and a large black embroidered swoosh across the outer side. Leather reinforcements on the heels feature slightly worn ‘STÜSSY’ lettering, while the tongue features a co-branded label and the message “Engineered to the exact specifications of championship athletes”.
No further details about the release have been revealed so far, nor have official images been shared, but rumour has it that they could be released in the coming weeks. If you don’t want to miss out on any further developments, we recommend you stay tuned to our website and social media channels.
And speaking of sneakers… Why don’t you take a look at the Jacquemus Nike Air Max 1 ’86?
