The Japanese brand DOUBLET has presented a new textile episode with all its narrative and storytelling on a naïve theme. SS21 brings us a line of references to delivery platforms, teddy bears and pyjamas that bring the teen spirit to life forever.
In the midst of an increasingly digital and less physical scene, Doublet changes its presentation method for the Spring-Summer 2021 proposal, creating a fashion story – lookbook guided by a strong narrative and creative expression.
In this new episode entitled ‘A very Merry unbirthday for you’, a bear in a crocheted suit becomes the protagonist who celebrates his ‘NOT BIRTHDAY’ among friends dressed in the SS21 collection.
The video continues to reveal a series of pieces that follow the season’s ongoing playful theme and Doublet‘s spirit of “Strangest Comfort”, examining items related to the quarantine period the world has to face.
