Gucci takes us to Noah’s Ark | #Guccigothic

Alessandro Michele, has just unveiled the campaign of the collection we saw in May. For the new Gucci campaign – #Guccigothic, Michele takes us to biblical times, presenting a series of images inspired by Noah’s Ark.

The visual work for the campaign is the work of Glen Luchford (@_glen_luchford), a long-time collaborator of Michele.

The video of the campaign shows us a community dressed as Gucci that lives in a rural landscape next to wild animals in harmony. Waiting for the arrival of the flood, everyone settles in the wooden ark looking for their salvation.

Luchford’s images show the community before the flood in more detail, presenting farm animals as well as other wild animals: tigers, elephants or deer; all of them interacting with the models who are obviously dressed in Gucci.
